The Canterbury Hotel Show

I am honored to now have my work for sale in the historic
Canterbury Hotel in downtown Indianapolis Indiana.
The hotel was originally built in 1858.  I will post a link
below if you would like to read the history of this
beautiful hotel.  Here are a few pics I took when I delivered
some of my paintings.  The hotel also has fabulous food!
I hope if you are in the area, you will visit the hotel,
see my work and enjoy the fine dining!

Some of my paintings that will be for sale.

This is Francesca on the left and Jame on

the right.  They were kind enough to hang

my work in the hotel and they are there

daily to keep everything running smoothy!

The beautiful entrance to the hotel and dining room!

A look at their gorgeous bar area!

Looking up at the entrance to the hotel.

View from just outside the entrance to

the hotel.  Very close to the Circle

City Mall!

Here is a link to read the history and get information

about the hotel.  If you are in the Indianapolis Indiana

area I hope you will stop in, see the art and enjoy

the fine dining!

Wedding Blog

I have been reading posts on Facebook and blogs relating to weddings. A lot of couples are busy planning their wedding. There are lot's of great tips and ideas. One great blog I came across is "Style Me Pretty"  Vendor guides, DIY wedding projects, weddings, galleries, fashion and much more.  If you are planning your wedding I would definetely recommed you take a look!

One other idea to make your day special, whether you are planning your wedding or celebrating that wonderful day that has already passed, is an oil portrait.  An oil portrait is a wonderful addition to make the wedding day even more special!  I have worked with brides and grooms to make lovely additions for their home and family, creating a wonderful family heirloom for generations to come.

If you would like to discuss an original oil painting commission, feel free to contact me at: pattitrostle@aol.com    You can also go to my main web site at: http://www.pattitrostle.com to see other portraits and paintings.  I would love to hear from you!

New Portrait Commission for OneAmerica

I will be starting on a new portrait for OneAmerica.
I was honored to be asked to visit and tour the corporate
office. Here are three portraits that I have done for them
in the past. They are displayed beautifully! I was also
humbled to learn my work is a  part of the extensive and
very impressive art collection they have in the corporate
offices. The work in the collection is amazing! They keep
the collection under lock and key it is so valuable!
They also gave me a great lunch!
